Missy was born and raised in Omaha, NE and cultivated a passion for health and fitness through her years as a collegiate athlete AND seeing her loved ones suffer multiple health complications due to unhealthy lifestyles. She spent 5 years as a full time faculty member in the department of Health, Physical Education & Recreation at the University of Nebraska Omaha and opened up her own gym, Edge Body Boot Camp, in Dec. of 2014. In the four years since opening the facility, she has also started nutrition coaching services, is a fitness business coach consultant for Gymwright helping coach other gym owners across the world and has launched her latest project, Life Coaching and replacing limiting beliefs and how these things impact our health and career goals.
