Jennifer Sullivan, MD MPH is the Enterprise Senior Vice President, Strategic Operations for Atrium Health. She is tasked with oversight and planning for seven multi-state service lines and connecting care with the strategic direction and integration of an academic learning health organization. She joined Atrium after five years as Secretary of the Indiana Family and Social Services Administration under Governor Eric J. Holcomb.
Dr. Karen Nichols
Dr. Nichols has received the highest awards bestowed by the American Osteopathic Association (AOA), the American Association of Colleges of Osteopathic Medicine, the Arizona Osteopathic Medical Association (AOMA), Illinois Osteopathic Medical Society and KCU-COM, and the alumni associations of MWU/CCOM and KCU-COM. She holds 9 honorary degrees.
Dr. Michelle Chestovich
Michelle Chestovich, MD is a family physician for 20 years, a certified life coach and a mom of four. Her ongoing passion for physician wellness was amplified by the unexpected death by suicide of her younger sister, Dr Gretchen Butler in March 2021. She is using her voice to raise awareness about the high risk of suicide in medicine, in particular for women.

Dr. Tiffany Love, founder of the Love Leadership Foundation, is an award-winning keynote speaker and C-suite executive with more than 30 years of healthcare experience. She is a Fellow and former Regent of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE), an Adult and Gerontological Nurse Practitioner, as well as a certified Public Leader through the Harvard Kennedy School.
