  6. Compare and contrast different methods of behavioral change for both healthcare physicians, healthcare teammates and patients including the WOOP principle 
  7. Recognize personal symptoms of burnout and how affective healthy strategies to care for both ourselves and our patients 
  8. Recognize bias and gender gaps in promotion and pay and how to have critical conversations to be an upstander and also negotiate for resources in the healthcare arena 
  9. Assess tactics on how to effectively manage your time, your clinical schedule, and your nonclinical endeavors to be both clinically productive and well 
  10. Recognize periods of stress and how to effectively lead yourself through obstacles in medicine and remain engaged in our jobs
