We are going to meet in a private, small group for a day of connection and coaching. You will get private, in-person coaching and teaching that will specifically build on the following topics:

• Limiting Beliefs – removing key thoughts that are stopping you from moving forward
• Your Zone of Genius – what it is you TRULY love doing and how to follow it
• Unlocking Your True Potential – letting go of spaces you’ve outgrown

This day retreat will be limited to RISE and Brave Balance members as we are going to build on the concepts taught in both classes, and foundational knowledge is required to dive deeper during our time together.
