Lance is the husband of Sasha, father of four, Christ follower and a Physical Therapist. Lance is a graduate of Southwest Baptist University with a bachelors degree in Biology and a Masters of Physical Therapy. Originally from Kansas City Missouri, Lance has lived in Nebraska since 1999. When not practicing physical therapy or working at Brave Enough he enjoys Crossfit, spending time watching his 3 boys play soccer and basketball, and his daughter dance. He loves to travel with Sasha and is a foodie.

Nichole is a lover of stories, travel, nature, and beauty. She is an author and avid reader who loves being outside, watching movies, and drinking tea. Nichole is passionate about empowering and equipping women and young people. She lives in the sunny Southwest with her husband, Jordan, their two young boys, and their adorably cross-eyed Boston Terrier.

Sarah Pugh is a lover of all things creative, graphic design, social media and empowering women all around to become the best versions of themselves. She looks after the Social Media Platforms, making sure the content is always placing value on the customer and/or follower as well as providing fun and creative visuals. She loves books, coffee, movies and listening to movie’s scores. Her and her husband Matt have been married for 9 years and have two boys and a dog.
