REFUND AND FULFILLMENT POLICY
Digital Courses
All purchases are final.There will be no refunds for Confidence Course, Self-Care Course, Brave Balance Master Class, Enneagram Courses or BE Frenemy Mini-Course.
All courses are hosted on Kajabi. After purchase, you will receive an instant email with directions on how to set up an account and access course information.
Brave Enough Conference 2022
Cancelations made prior to July 1 will be refunded minus a nonrefundable $100 processing fee and only accepted if received in writing to: [email protected] prior to July 1, 2022.
Cancelations made between July 1 and July 31 will be refunded 50% total registration fees and only accepted if received in writing prior to July 31 to: [email protected].
All cancellations made for any reason (weather, personal, professional, etc.) after July 31, 2022, will be charged the full registration. No exceptions or transfers will be made.
The Table Membership
There are absolutely no partial or full refunds for the monthly subscriptions. There is a 7 day grace period on annual subscriptions only. Annual subscription cancellations made past the due date but within the grace period will be refunded but subject to a $50 processing fee. There are absolutely no refunds past the 7 day grace period. Please send written request to [email protected]. You can cancel your annual or monthly subscription at any time.
BRAVE BAG
All purchases are final.
All manufacturing defects are eligible for exchange or refund following review from our quality control specialist. Proof of manufacturer defects must be made within 14 days of receiving your bag. Bags must be unused, unworn with all original hangtags, hardware, and packaging. Brave Enough LLC is not responsible for lost or damaged packages and cannot issue a refund if your package is lost or damaged.
Return shipping of approved returns will be paid for by purchaser.
