• This course is created for the busy, working woman physician. It is meant to be doable while also life changing. We sustain habits when they are feasible, so this course is designed to be a marathon, not a sprint, which is why we are taking nine months. Each month we will have two high-yield coaching topics in bite sized, powerful delivery. These topics will be covered through a combination of online live coaching and on-demand content so clients are not overwhelmed.

  The entire course is designed for women who work & are balancing their professional and personal lives. Here are the specifics:

  • Access to a new, private curriculum in an online learning platform specifically designed for women physicians.
  • 1 short, on-demand video to listen to every other week (<10 minutes) in an private, online platform. Clients can listen at their convenience.
  • 1-2 prompt questions to given after each video for clients to think about, journal and then to discuss live with the group and Dr. Shillcutt
  • 1 live teaching class each month where topic will be discussed with Dr. Shillcutt
  • 1 live coaching class each month for specific small group coaching with Dr. Shillcutt
  • Each client will have one-on-one private coaching with Dr. Shillcutt scheduled q3 months at client’s convenience.
  • Private, online community for encouragement, questions, and accountability with access to Dr. Shillcutt
  • At the end of the 6 months, clients will also receive FREE enrollment into Brave Balance Masterclass, which is a CME course with weekly 1 hour coaching.

9. How to adopt radical self-acceptance strategies  
10. Understanding the unhealthy behaviors to people pleasing 
11. Learn how to set radical boundaries for ideal work-life balance 
12. How to relinquish unpaid work 
13. Create a personalized wellness strategy 
14. How to outsource and identify areas to let go 
15. Understanding how our mindset can hold us back 
16. Stepping into our power and letting go of likeability  
17. Embracing radical time management strategies  
18. Identify your personal wellness maintenance plan (health & wellbeing yearly inventory) 

You will be given a short teaching each week via a video you can listen to or watch in less than 10 min. We will have two live coaching session a month. All sessions will be recorded and can be watched on demand on your own time.

Clients will receive complimentary enrollment into the BRAVE BALANCE Masterclass in the March - May 2024 months and be eligible for 12 hours of CME.
