WHO IS IT FOR

She’s not broken. She’s not behind. She’s just getting started.

The Legacy Method is for high-achieving professional women in any field — not just medicine — who are ready to stop performing and start building a life on their own terms.

It’s an investment that matches the size of what you’re building. Not a sample of the idea — the whole system.

You’re the one everyone counts on.

You're excelling on paper and quietly overextended — over-delivering, over-committing and over-apologizing, and hungry for real mentorship.

You’re between maps.

The old plan is finished and the next one isn’t written yet. You’re ready to decide what this chapter is for.

You’re building, not winding down.

Refusing to be erased — and ready to put your wisdom, money, and energy toward a legacy you choose.

WHAT YOU'LL WALK AWAY WITH

Not just insight. A life architecture that’s entirely yours.

Your Legacy Statement

A one-page strategy of what you’re building, who it’s for and what you refuse to sacrifice. You’ll draft this in week 1, and perfect it by week 12.

A Boundaries Architecture

A personal system for saying no without guilt and protecting your calendar around your own priorities.

A Financial Legacy Mindset

Clarity on your relationship with money and the wealth you’re building for yourself and beyond.

Your Brand on Life

A clear vision of how you want to be known, and a version of success that belongs to no one but you.

Your Legacy Network

A small, named circle of women you’re deliberately building alongside, reaching well beyond the cohort.

Healing & Forgiveness

Space to let go of old wounds, move forward in forgiveness and honor your own humanity.

A Community of Women Who Get It

A real cohort you’ll lean on long after the 12 weeks end, and a standing invitation to Legacy Collective.

THE CURRICULUM

Three phases. Twelve weeks. One legacy.

PHASE 1 · WEEKS 1–3

Reclaim

Stop the performance and name what’s actually yours.

1 · The Legacy Audit

Where your time, energy, and identity have been going, and who’s been benefiting.

2 · The Overfunctioning Pattern

Why you over-deliver, over-commit, and over-apologize, and what it’s costing you.

3 · The Permission Problem

The story that says you have to earn rest, success, and desire, and the counter-truth.

PHASE 2 · WEEKS 4-8

Redesign

Build the architecture of a life that finally looks like you.

4 · Boundaries as a Love Language

Real boundaries without guilt, without explanation, without losing relationships.

5 · The Feminine Energy of Leadership

Leading from your values, not your fear. Ambition that’s embodied, not performed.

6 · Energy & Capacity Architecture

The delegation, help, and systems that make your boundaries sustainable.

7 · Financial Legacy

Your relationship with money and what you’re building, for yourself and beyond.

8 · Her Brand on Life

How you want to be known, and the version of success that’s entirely yours.

PHASE 3 · WEEKS 9-12

Rise

Integrate the work, extend it beyond yourself, step into what’s next.

9 · Designing the Next Chapter

Your next 12 months, built around your Legacy Statement, boundaries, and brand.

10 · The Community She Keeps

Who belongs in your inner circle, who’s been draining you, and how to build mutual relationships.

11 · The Legacy Network

Legacy multiplies through the women you bring with you — on purpose, not by accident.

12 · The Legacy She Is Building

Revisit Week 1, see how far you’ve come, and present your final Legacy Statement.

HOW A WEEK WORKS

The same steady rhythm, every week.

Nothing requires you to be there live unless you choose to. Every session is recorded and built for the busiest woman in the room.

Sunday

New teaching module

A 30-minute pre-recorded lesson from Dr. Sasha or Amy, plus one worksheet or exercise to complete over the next week.

Monday

Morning meditation

An early-morning meditation and affirmation tied to the week’s theme.

Wednesday

Live coaching call

60 minutes, live with Dr. Sasha Shillcutt and Amy Mosser. Recorded for replay.

Thursday

Morning meditation

A second grounding session to close the week with reflection and intention.

Between Sessions

A private cohort community on Slack. A held space for conversation, not a passive feed.

THE CLOSING DAY

Twelve weeks on a screen. One day in the room.

Every cohort ends together at Legacy Collective in Omaha: a physical space built for exactly the kind of woman you’re becoming. It’s included in your tuition.

YOUR FOUNDERS

Taught by two women who’ve built their own legacies.

Dr. Sasha Shillcutt

Dr. Sasha Shillcutt is a physician, gender equity researcher, two-time author, TEDx speaker and executive coach. For nearly two decades she has practiced cardiac anesthesiology. She is a tenured, endowed professor and Vice Chair of Strategy in the Department of Anesthesiology at the University of Nebraska Medical Center.

In 2016 she founded Brave Enough, which began as a blog about her own struggles as a working mom. It grew into a national community, a CME conference, retreats and coaching for professional women. She is the author of Between Grit and Grace and Brave Boundaries, hosts The Brave Enough Show podcast, and founded Legacy Collective, Omaha’s first women’s club. She is a wife and mom of four.

Amy Mosser

Amy Mosser has been an entrepreneur since she was 22. She has built and sold several businesses, including a 90,000-square-foot gym, retail golf franchises and real estate investments. For about 20 years she has been a multimillion-dollar real estate producer and coach, with hundreds of millions of dollars in sales and investments.

Today Amy is a certified mindset coach. With her sister Molly Kroeker she co-founded Sisters Next Door, which teaches high-achieving women to “master their own mind, body, and bank account so they create a life that feels good on purpose.” The two also co-host the podcast Meet Me in the Penthouse. Amy lives in Ashland, Nebraska.
